Usage Instructions
Lay the mat flat on a bed, massage table, or firm floor surface, stone-side up.
Connect the controller to a mains socket and switch on.
Select a low temperature setting first and increase gradually to a comfortable level.
Lie or sit on the mat with a thin sheet/towel barrier for the first few sessions.
Recommended session length: begin with shorter sessions (e.g. 20–30 minutes) and confirm maximum recommended duration on the manufacturer's manual/carton.
Switch off and unplug after use; allow the mat to cool fully before folding or rolling for storage.
