Place the pillow on the bed with the contoured centre section aligned under the neck.
Lie down on your back or side so the neck rests in the lowest curve of the pillow and the raised nodes contact the neck/shoulder area.
Recommended for nightly use as a standard sleep pillow; no timer or power cycle needed since it is passive.
Allow 3–5 nights for the body to adjust to the firmer, contoured support surface.

Non-electric product — no burn/electrical risk, but the stone nodes are firm; discontinue use if you feel numbness, tingling, or pain rather than gentle pressure.
